Q. How will my bond be refunded?
A. You can request your bond refund in three different ways:

· Cash: pick it up direct from our office in cash, after the date of cancellation.
· Direct Funds Transfer: direct refund into a nominated credit card.
· Cheque: we can send a cheque to a nominated address.

Q. I want to cancel my account, how can I do so?
A. You must send an email to including your username and password at least 3 days before the end of the month of cancellation. Cancellations can only be effective as of the 1st of the month.
Q. How can I check my usage?
A. You are able to check your usage by logging on the ‘My Account’ section of this website using your E-Cable username and password.
